1. How does Vanguard Pharma function in the pharmaceutical industry?

Vanguard Pharma is a Contract Selling Organization (CSO) for the Canadian and US pharmaceutical industries. We work with pharmaceutical manufacturing companies (i.e. Glaxo Smith Kline, Schering-Plough, Solvay Pharma etc…) and assist them in promoting their pharmaceutical products. Vanguard Pharma works on a contract basis with these companies that last anywhere from a few months to many years, depending on the needs of our clients. Whether it is assisting our clients with a product launch, helping them with a seasonal product, or intensifying their promotional efforts on any given product… Vanguard Pharma fits right in with the desired strategy.

2. How would I fit in with Vanguard Pharma?

Because Vanguard Pharma is involved in both nation-wide contracts as well as individual placements within the pharmaceutical industry, the way in which you work with Vanguard Pharma may differ with each scenario. For example… If you were to contract with Vanguard Pharma for a national program with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, you would become an "independent contractor", and Vanguard Pharma would contract your services as a pharmaceutical representative. If we were contracted with a pharmaceutical manufacturer for one year, we would reflect that duration in a one-year contract with you. In essence, you would be operating your own business as a contract representative, and Vanguard Pharma would be contracting your services.
