September 2004: Ultradent Products selects Vanguard Pharma as their partner in a dental salesforce expansion
Vanguard Pharma announces that it has been selected by Ultradent Products
Inc., of the greater Salt Lake City, UT area to spearhead a promotional program in
support of the recently launched whitening system Treswhite by Opalesence.
Tres white is the first whitening system to feature pre-filled, adaptable,
and disposable whitening trays. There is no need for impressions, models,
or lab time. The thin, comfortable tray easily adapts to fit the entire
smile (not just the front six teeth), the delivery tray ensures easy
placement by patients, and the protective gingival barrier gel (pre-filled)
ensures comfort while whitening. Treswhite contains 9% hydrogen peroxide

June 2004: Prestwick Pharmaceuticals selects Vanguard Pharma to become Canadian salesforce partner to promote Nitoman.
Prestwick Pharmaceuticals of Washington, DC selects Vanguard Pharma to
become their partner in establishing and managing their Canadian salesforce
operation. Under the terms of this agreement, Vanguard Pharma will supply
Prestwick Pharmaceuticals with a CNS specialty salesforce that will serve to
promote Nitoman, (tetrabenazine), an agent approved for the treatment of
tardive dyskinesia and other movement disorders.

April 2003: Nastech Pharmaceuticals selects Vanguard Pharma to become its specialty salesforce promoting Nascobal (R) (cyancobalamin).
Vanguard Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical contract selling organization

Pharmaceutical Company of Bothell, WA, a leader in nasal drug delivery
technology, to provide a specialty salesforce to promote Nascobal (R), a

Dimethaid HealthCare Sales.
Dimethaid Healthcare Inc. has received an approvable letter
regarding the topical anti-inflammatory medication PENNSAID (diclofenac

absorbed into Dimethaid's field force upon final approval and launch

Placement Services
Vanguard contracts with Philips Sonicare division to provide
representatives to serve the dental marketplace in selected
